Yes. Every Pokémon TCG card and sealed product we sell comes from official distribution channels. We check each item before it ships — we never sell proxies, reprints or counterfeit cards.
We ship across the EU and to the US. Typical delivery times are 2–5 business days to the Netherlands and Belgium, 3–7 days to Austria, 5–10 days to Portugal, and 7–14 days to Spain, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovenia, the US and other EU countries.
Standard shipping is €5 and express shipping is €10. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Single cards ship in a protective sleeve and toploader inside a rigid mailer, so they arrive in the condition described. Sealed products and Dragon Shield sleeves ship in a padded box.
Yes — you have 14 days to return your order. There is no restocking fee and refunds go back to your original payment method. If you’re returning simply because you changed your mind, you cover the return shipping.
Our checkout is handled by a licensed external payment provider. Depending on the payment method, the order amount or the provider’s own risk checks, they may ask you for a quick one-time identity verification — this is a legal requirement for regulated payment providers, not something TCGCardBase chooses to add. The verification happens entirely on the provider’s side: we never see, receive or store your ID documents or payment details. Cardjinx only receives confirmation that your payment went through, plus the delivery details needed to ship your order.
