Yes. We buy from official distributors and sell each product sealed, as it arrives. We never open or weigh packs, and we check each order before we pack it.

You pay nothing extra. Each product price includes shipping, whatever the order size.

We ship from Germany across the EU, including Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Hungary and Slovenia, and to the United States.

We send your order 1 to 3 business days after your payment clears. After that, the post needs 2 to 5 business days to the Netherlands and Belgium, 3 to 7 to Austria, 5 to 10 to Portugal, and 7 to 14 to Spain, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovenia and the rest of the EU. You get a tracking number for each parcel.

Not inside the EU. We ship from Germany, so you pay no customs or import fee.

We put each box in a carton with filler and wedge displays in place, so the corners arrive undamaged.

Yes. You can send back unopened sealed product within 14 days of delivery, and we charge no restocking fee. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we pay the return postage.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover, Revolut Pay, Paysafecard, and Kinguin or Eneba gift cards. We charge all orders in euro.

It depends on the payment method and the amount. A licensed payment provider processes your payment, and the law requires it to check your identity once for some methods or larger amounts. The provider runs that check, and we never see your ID or card details.
