Accepted payment methods

All prices are shown in EUR. You can switch the displayed currency with the switcher on the right-hand side of any page; your order is charged in EUR.

Card payment

Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s encrypted page and are never stored by CardJinx.

Instant bank and wallet

Revolut Pay — instant payment through your Revolut account.

Prepaid and gift cards

Paysafecard — pay with one or more Paysafecard codes.

Kinguin gift cards and Eneba gift cards — pay with one or more unused gift-card codes. Codes are redeemed at checkout and the remaining balance, if any, stays on your card.

When is my order dispatched?

Orders are packed once payment has cleared. Card and Revolut payments clear immediately; gift-card and Paysafecard payments clear as soon as the codes are validated at checkout. See the shipping policy for dispatch and delivery times.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever the provider supports it. For gift-card and prepaid payments, where a reversal to the original code is not possible, we agree an alternative with you. The conditions are in the refund and returns policy.
