CardJinx ships sealed trading card product from Germany to customers across the European Union. Shipping cost is included in the price you see — there is no surcharge waiting at checkout and no customs procedure inside the EU.
Where we ship
Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal, with further EU destinations listed on the shipping policy page. Orders leave from Germany, which is why delivery inside the EU behaves like a domestic shipment rather than an import.
What it costs
Nothing extra. Shipping is included in the product price. No weight tiers, no minimum order to unlock free delivery, no handling fee added at the last step. The number on the product page is the number you pay.
How long it takes
Orders are picked and packed within zero to one working day of payment clearing. Transit then runs one to five working days depending on the destination, so total delivery is one to six working days. Every parcel ships with tracking.

How we pack
Sealed product fails in transit in one specific way: crushed corners. So boxes go into a carton with protective filler around them rather than loose in an oversized box, and displays are packed so they cannot shift. Every order is checked before it is sealed.
If something does arrive damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the product before unpacking further and send both to us — that is what we need to resolve it without a second round of emails. Details on the contact page.
Returns
Unopened sealed product can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the EU right of withdrawal. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility; if the fault is ours — damaged, defective or the wrong item — it is not. Prices and currency
Prices are charged in EUR. The switcher on the right of every page converts the displayed price into other European currencies so you can see roughly what you are spending, but the charge itself is in euro.

Will I pay customs or import VAT?
Not within the EU. Goods ship from Germany and are already in free circulation, so there is no customs declaration and no import handling fee.
Is shipping really included, even for a heavy booster display?
Yes. There are no weight tiers and no surcharge for bulky sealed product.
